My husband and I had been living in South Florida for over ten years for professional reasons. Despite having a lovely home it was not meeting our needs. We were looking for a fixer-upper so we needed the advice of experts along the way and Robban always had several recommendations and would arrange appointments for us. We were under contract for two houses that fell through in the last week after inspections. Robban was able to advise us, keep us under the deadlines and was always on top of the contractual documents. She was patient and a strong advocate in all interactions. She said her philosophy was to get us into a home that would suit our needs and meet our hopes. We found just the place and thoroughly enjoyed working with her over the year. Robban is professional, friendly, positive, prompt, and an amazing resource in the unique housing market of Northern New Mexico. We highly recommend her.
